Sous-vide is a French term meaning “under vacuum”. It is a method of cooking food inside a sealed pouch in a water bath at an accurately regulated temperature. Our Sous Vide Slow Cooker provides convenience in one pot. The slow cooking can tenderise the tougher cuts of meat, whilst retaining more of the nutrients and flavours.
