Ingredients

  • Approx. 400g Greek yoghurt,
  • 2-4 large bananas, sliced
  • Approx. 350g Granola
  • Caramel sauce

For the peanut butter:

  • 250g peanuts
  • 40g honey
  • 80-100ml vegetable oil

  1. For the peanut butter, first add the peanuts to the blender jug. Blend until the nuts are chopped to a chunky breadcrumb consistency. This will not take long, approx. 5-15 seconds.
  2. Add the honey and salt. Whist the blender is on, carefully remove the cap in the lid and slowly add the oil until all the oil is incorporated into the peanuts and blend until smooth.
  3. Mix 4-5 tbsp of peanut butter with the Greek yoghurt. Keep the rest for another time.
  4. To build the cups, first start with some caramel sauce in the bottom, then add some granola followed by some sliced banana then some peanut yoghurt. Repeat this until the top and finish with some more caramel sauce
